Secure Payment Processing

All payments made via the ArmaUrto website are encrypted using secure technology and your card details are not retained or visible to ArmaUrto employees.

You’ll be charged for your order when it is dispatched from our warehouse. For Paypal You will be charged when the order is placed.

Please note:

If you have a shipping address that is outside of the EU or the US import duties and taxes may be applied by your local authority. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email to confirm that we have received your order. If you have a problem processing your payment online or are not certain if your payment was successful please call our Customer Services team on Tel: 0330 024 0220

No order is confirmed unless it has been fulfilled and an e-mail notification to this affect has been received.

We dispatch orders on working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday, please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend.

Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. If your order is very urgent, feel free to contact our Customer Services team on 0330 024 0220.

Promotional Codes and Gift Vouchers

If you are using a promotional code please enter it in the promotional code box on the basket page. The discount will automatically be calculated. Promotional codes are for one time use only and may not be used in separate orders or applied to different products in the case of an exchange.

If you have a gift voucher please enter in the checkout page and it will automatically calculate your discount.

Once purchased gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Errors and Omissions

In the case of errors or omissions on the website we reserve the right to refund your order prior to the goods being dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be notified and reimbursed for the full cost of the order.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions of ArmaUrto products are correct. The colours shown on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colours may occur due to different screen resolutions and browsers.

The purchaser understands and accepts that road cycling and racing comes with risk for which ArmaUrto cannot be held liable, and as such declares and warrants to be correctly insured for their own activities under this agreement, especially for civil liability, repatriation and accident.

The Company makes no warranties except those stated in the limited warranty cards with the products. Motorcycling and bicycle riding are inherently dangerous activities, which may result in personal injury and/or death. No product can offer complete protection from injury. The company disclaims any responsibility for injuries incurred while wearing any of its products. The Company makes no guarantees or representations, express or implied regarding the fitness of its products for any particular purpose or to the extent to which its products protect individuals from injury or death.
