2. Customer requests an eCertificate via their employers Cyclescheme process based on the quote provided.
3. Employer approves and sends all relevant information to Cyclescheme.
4. Cyclescheme issues eCertificate to customer via email.
5. Customer provides eCertificate to Armaurto, allowing them to redeem it via Cyclescheme B2B.
Although the above procedure applies to the vast majority of schemes there are some variations that are a result of the way an employer’s scheme is set up, typical examples would be if they are using a finance company or a benefits provider.
