Mask for sports and civil use consisting of a 3-layer fabric with external anti-liquid treatment with internal membrane that stops the entry of external air by isolating the mouth and nose from aerial contamination of the external environment, (guaranteeing at least 95% filtering power) allowing at same time a sufficient breathability.

AIR PERMEABILITY TEST UNI EN ISO 9237 standard demonstrated that the air flow is equal to 0 litres/mm/sec.

WATER COLUMN TEST UNI EN ISO 5122 standard show that the water column is equal or higher than 10,000 mm (10mt).

BREATHABILITY TEST ASTM E 96 BW standard show that breathability reaches 11,000 g / m2 / 24h

THE FABRIC OF THE MASK IS COMPLETELY IMPERMEABLE TO PENETRATION OF THE VIRUS COVID -19

The iBLOC filter mask for civil use is produced and placed on the market in compliance of article 16, paragraph 2, Legislative Decree 18.03.2020 n. 18

It is not suitable for use for children under 3 years of age - The item must be picked up individually with clean hands and worn on the face - Can only be worn for short periods - It does not need to be thrown away, protect our environment, but once deteriorated deposited in closed containers to be thrown in non-recyclable waste.

USAGE INDICATIONS

The face mask before use must be disinfected (NO PURE ALCOHOL) and washed as it is not sterilized. Never touch the fabric part of the filter mask with your hands. To wear and remove it, please use only rubber bands. After each use, the filter mask must be disinfected (NO PURE ALCOHOL) and washed at 40° and left to dry at sun or outdoors or sanitized in autoclave.

 

TECHNICAL FABRIC

The technical fabric of this mask is designed to maintain optimal protection from liquids and from the air of the external environment The face mask is composed of multilayer fabrics characterized by the presence of the  membrane which guarantees fabrics breathable properties, anti-liquid and anti-air.

MEMBRANE WITH HIGH RESISTANCE TO AIR AND LIQUIDS

Thanks to the multilayer fabrics, the technology allows to create an external insulating barrier thanks to the WATER -REPELLENT treatment that prevents liquids from penetrating inside the external surface, in addition, the membrane positioned in the middle of the 3 layers acts as a barrier both for entering the liquids and the air of the external environment, and as a barrier to ones coming out from our mouth and our nose. The fabric allows a discrete breathability. 

HIGH EFFICIENCY BACTERIAL FILTRATION MEMBRANE

The fabric it has been tested to a penetration of Phi-X174 bacteriophage virus which is similar by size and shape to the hepatitis C virus whose lipid envelope has a diameter of about 55-65 nm. The viral particles of the COVID-19 virus have a diameter of 60-140 nm. The results obtained demonstrate that the fabric represents an effective barrier against viral particles.

Standard ISO 16604: 2004 (penetration of viruses carried by blood and other body fluids) the fabric is completely impermeable to the penetration of bacteriophage viruses Phi-X174 and therefore to COVID-19.

Standard ISO 16603: 2004 (penetration of blood and body fluids) the fabric resists to penetration of synthetic blood that does not pass through the material.

UNI EN ISO 22612: 2005 standard (penetration of biologically contaminated dust) completely impermeable to contaminated dust.

UNI EN ISO 22610: 2006 standard (wet bacterial protection) completely impermeable to the penetration of Staphylococcus aureus.

ISO / DIS 22611: 2003 standard (penetration of contaminated biological liquid aerosols) completely impermeable to penetration of Staphylococcus aureus.

MEMBRANE WITH HIGH AIR RESISTANCE

The technical fabric with membrane used for the face mask has a technology that guarantees a passage of air equal to zero.

MEMBRANE WITH HIGH IMPERMEABILITY TO WATER AND LIQUIDIS

To stop liquids is one of the most difficult problems to deal with, but our face mask uses a fabric with membrane with an external water-repellent treatment, very high-quality features suitable for sliding and to stop liquids both in and out. 

WATER COLUMN TEST UNI EN ISO 5122 standard show that the water column is equal to or higher than 10.000 mm (10mt).

An important point of the face mask is the breathability of its fabric which allows a discreet breathing capacity

PACKAGING

The fabric is cut with an automatic machine. The cut passes then to the packaging phase.

The first packaging operation is the stitching using a high-tight wire with a linear shaping machine used to allow face mask to adhere to the nose.

The upper and lower parts are edged with containing lycra.

The side parts are finished with the overlock and the four ends of the two elastics are then sewed.

The face mask is packed inside a nylon bag with instructions and an adhesive label is placed on the outside.

All in full compliance with hygiene and health regulations.
