For 2021 we have partnered with the UK’s leading domestic pro team Ribble Weldtite Pro Cycling, a collaboration that will see some exciting developments for ArmaUrto over the course of the season.

There’s a level of rider feedback and product development that can only be achieved by those that spend hour after hour in the saddle, putting equipment through its paces and pushing products to their limits. This new collaboration will allow us to keep innovating and developing products tailored to the needs of you, the rider.

Chris Battin, Founder and Director of ArmaUrto, ‘We couldn’t be more thrilled to be working with Ribble Weldtite. It’s a team which regularly pushes the boundaries in terms of cycling innovation and therefore punches above its weight on an international level. We’re really looking forward to seeing our products put through their paces by the UK’s best riders and helping them to enjoy a full season of success, safe in the knowledge that they are protected’.

Ribble Weldtite Team Principal, Tom Timothy, ‘It’s no secret that bike racing comes with an inherent risk. As professional riders, it’s something we accept and learn to live with. However, should the worst happen, an impact injury can see a rider’s season prematurely ended so it’s important for us to protect ourselves. It’s great to see ArmaUrto so invested in keeping our riders out on the road, ready to race and we’re excited to utilise their innovative technologies throughout the 2021 season’.

The team have access to the Impact Pro Base Layer Elite, designed with ARMA impact protective pads at common impact areas, the shoulder and elbow. Whilst not developed for aerodynamic performance, this garment plays a key role in training to protect critical areas which often take the brunt of the impact in the unfortunate event of a fall. By protecting the riders’ bodies, we’re helping keep the team riding and racing towards their goals.
